Gmail Migration

To create a distribution list (also known as a contact group or mailing list) in Gmail, you'll first need to create a label in Google Contacts. Then, you can add contacts to that label and use the label when composing emails in Gmail. Here's how to do it: 

1. Create a Label (Group) in Google Contacts: 

• Go to Google Contacts.
• On the left sidebar, click "Create label" or "+".
• Give your label a name (e.g., "Team Members", "Project Group").
• Click "Save". 

2. Add Contacts to the Label: 

• Select the contacts you want to add to the group. You can do this by checking the boxes next to their names.  
• Click the "Manage labels" icon (it looks like a tag).  
• Choose the label you created from the list.  
• Click "Apply".  

3. Use the Distribution List in Gmail: 

• Open Gmail and click "Compose".  
• In the "To" field, start typing the name of the label you created.  
• Gmail will suggest the contact group. Select it.  
• The email addresses in your group will be added to the "To" field.  
• You can also add the label to the "BCC" field if you don't want recipients to see who else received the email.  

Click on the Calendar icon on your right side bar, then click on the 3 dots on the top bar and drag down to "Select Calendar" and choose the calendar you want to see.
